Concept                          : Based on Twisting Torso

Location                         : Malmo , Sweden

Year of Completion     : 2006

USP                                 : Each floor consists of an irregular pentagonal shape rotating around the vertical core, which is supported by an exterior steel framework.

Motivation                     : Removal of Kockums Crane , to build a new symbol for the city.
